A brand design for a friendly neighbourhood hangout where everyone feels at home.

Located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, Everyside is a craft brewery and restaurant that celebrates local ingredients and extends a warm welcome to all.

The logo is a clean all-caps design with just enough boldness to stand out in the marketplace without being overbearing. The typography set communicates simplicity, modernity and a note of flourish courtesy of the classic angles and curves of the main serif font, Big Caslon Medium. 

Warm hues of saddle and persimmon form the heart of a brand palette, referencing the rich tones of Everyside’s own ales and amber brews. A crisp lavender that leans blue recalls fair weather skies, and accents of brew kettle-inspired copper bring sophisticated polish.

A three-bar brand icon and a graphic print built on its repetition reiterate both the E in Everyside and its clientele — everyone — as well as the grid formation of neighbourhood streets. This thoughtful design conceit places Everyside at the centre of everything and communicate that it’s for everyone.
