Inside, DesignAgency created an extraordinary narrative of bespoke interior architecture befitting the homeowners’ remarkable art and contemporary furniture collection and as a reflection of their personal style. The showstopping staircase — a metal structure clad in custom millwork with integrated lighting — winds through the centre of the floor plan. Its sinuous curves, crisp white finish and sheer scale work in harmony to make it appear simultaneously monolithic and light as air. Wrapped in custom fluted metal and honed stone, the fireplace breaks up the open floor plan to provide a welcoming central hearth experience appropriately scaled to the volume of space and balancing the expansive window walls. Finishes and materials in the kitchen and throughout the home continue the story of warmth, luxury and exquisite detail.
