The Brassaii restaurant project was a complete reinvention and refurbishment of an existing eight year-old establishment focused on developing a new identity for the three-meal a day F&B venue. A new concept and space plan was created for the new ownership group that identified all aspects of their business plan, including cafe facilities, a 140-person dining room, patio, two private dining rooms and special event facilities. The entire plan was reworked around the existing kitchen. The timeline for this project allowed only eight weeks for design and permits, and six weeks for construction.
