Carversteak is a modern interpretation on the classic steakhouse experience with a strong connection to nature and digital art in a high-energy and fresh environment.
The Carversteak Lounge ushers guests into a warm and welcoming milieu, showcasing a 70-foot long bar with a digital art backbar and mid-century modern geometries. The design draws on a sophisticated pairing of elements and materials that are both old and new including smoked mirror pillars, white, black and golden marble flooring and plush upholstery replete with brass accents that soothe the eye.
The Lounge leads to the dining room, bringing together tables seating four, together with muted green leather banquettes. Here, creamy walls and parquet floors offer a lighter atmosphere, and large scale digital art frames animate the room with their free flowing lines and colours. The experience culminates with a 3,500 square foot terrace complete with its own bar and garden lounge overlooking the Las Vegas strip, and has two private dining rooms; one an homage to scotch tasting and the other inspired by a world-class knife boutique.
Carversteak is Las Vegas’ largest luxury steakhouse and adds to DesignAgency’s extensive list of diverse hospitality projects in Las Vegas such as Momofuku Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan, Majordomo Meat & Fish at The Venetian, Mama Rabbit at Park MGM, and The Hyde Lounge at T-Mobile Arena.
