Situated along US-1 at the intersection of Coral Way, Coconut Grove & Coral Gables, Douglas Tower is a 36-story, 421-unit apartment tower ideally located to redefine the area surrounding Douglas Road Station in Miami.
The concept for the interior design of Douglas Tower is informed by the strong linear stepped motif of the building’s envelope. Impactful feature design elements are informed by the building’s use of ascending geometry. A sense of interconnection derived from the building’s location and brand identity is woven throughout the design of each space.
Douglas Tower takes cues from the development’s overall aesthetic while providing residents a more streamlined, elevated environment. The contrast of light wood tones, black metal and geometric patterns combine to create a sophisticated aesthetic.
Pops of coral and warm metal hues set against a clean, neutral backdrop create spaces that are both inviting and refined.
