Prior to Dream’s rebrand, Dundee Real Estate Management asked DesignAgency to design a new 30,000 square foot flagship Toronto office. Moving in 100 staff members, creating flex space, private hotel rooms, cafeteria space and keeping the plan as open as possible became the challenge. This non-hierarchical seating arrangement was what defined the new brand. Dream is a refreshing take on the real estate business, and the design reflects that. Teknion office systems, as well as custom desking to optimize executive collaboration grounds the spaces. The plan is open and optimizes daylight exposure to all parts of the office.
