Jacobs & Co. Steakhouse establishes a new era with its flagship location at Toronto’s CIBC Square with interiors by DesignAgency. Our concept for the 14,000 square-foot restaurant reimagines the classic steakhouse through a contemporary lens and introduces new experiences, including an elegant raw bar and retail offering, propelling the brand forward while honouring the founders’ original vision.

A palette of walnut, polished stone, and burnished metals fosters a sense of warmth and intimacy in the newly built space. Custom furnishings and lighting, and rich textiles cater to comfort and a sense of occasion. Glass box displays of rare wine, aged meats, and fish act as artful focal points, evoking curiosity and awe. The result is an identity-defining space where every detail tells a story.
