Approached by Graywood Developments to re-launch 8 Mercer, DesignAgency worked with the Montanna Steel Marketing team to re-imagine this 33-storey residential tower. Located in the heart of the Theatre District, the Mercer consists of 412 Units and is inspired by the “cultural corridor” of Peter Street and the international draw of Toronto itself as a unique cosmopolitan city. The design is modern and approachable, with a sophisticated material palette that caters to those who expect more from downtown living.
