Kōjin, Momofuku Toronto-based restaurant, takes its name from the Japanese god of fire, hearth, and kitchen which inspired the design of the space. The interiors complement the restaurant’s Columbian influenced menu developed by Chef Paula Navarrete, with an earthiness that reflects the multicultural influences of David Chang’s Momofuku brand.
Guests traverse the wood and steel staircase rising above the Momofuku Noodle Bar to the double-height glass box where Kojin is situated. The space features an open kitchen facing oxblood leather banquette seating and the space is divided by the bar.
