The Residences at Montage Cay Bahamas

Montage Cay is a private island resort located in the Abacos, The Bahamas. The project introduces the Montage Hotels & Resorts brand to the Caribbean and encompasses an all-suite hotel with spa and amenities, marina and turnkey residences. Our design for The Residences at Montage Cay is inspired by the spirit and culture of The Bahamas and the island’s natural beauty.

With an emphasis on earthy woven textures and a palette inspired by sand, shells and the island’s lush verdant vegetation, interiors blur the lines between indoors and out, connecting residents and holidaymakers to the natural surroundings and the Sea of Abaco. Open concept great rooms integrate living, dining and food prep in a generous footprint. Bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to wide terraces establish a restful environment that resets circadian rhythms with the ebb and flow of tides as the ultimate “white noise” soundtrack.
