NeueHouse Venice Beach, California

NeueHouse Venice Beach is a cultural hub where intellectuals, professionals and the creative community work, dine and socialize. Inspired by the idea of an endless summer and Southern California’s history as an epicentre of modernism, the design concept features a palette of warm-toned woods, sandy shades and mossy greens. Furniture and lighting are simple and organic, expressed with natural materials that are luxurious, textured, and earthbound. The floor plan is mostly open and free-form, easily adapted to varied programming. Shared desking and focused work zones, a podcast studio, wellness areas and an art gallery effortlessly flow into vibrant dining and lounge spaces. The dramatically reimagined interiors and seismic upgrades to the historically significant 1920s structure reactivate this civic corner as a bastion of creative energy and innovation.
