UNCLE rethinks the rental and co-living experience through a focus on service, enviable amenities, flexible rental agreements and great design. As UNCLE’s interior design partner, DesignAgency creates distinct designs for each location that bring the boutique design hotel experience to rental co-living.

Our design for the Southall location in London leans into saturated hues, natural materials, plush fabrics, energetic patterns and shapely furniture to create an immersive and contemporary setting for residents and their guests. Modern amenities include a karaoke space/Zoom room, co-working area with private pods and a lounge with swing seating.
